    Man up...

The stuff tastes bad but you'll get used to it. 4 teaspoons of protein in 700 ml sounds pretty weak and that would definitely make your shake taste like crap. Fallow label directions on you protein and make it a double for me.. Two BIG scoops.

I never had protein powder that I had to measure out with teaspoon..There has to be a scoop somewhere in your bucket of protein...What does the label say??..Something like add one scoop to 200-250 ml of water or juice.??

LoL, the scoop is always at the bottum..A couple teaspoons in 700 ml water most of tasted like crap ...Stick to label directions and your shakes will taste a little better.

The only time I use protein powder is with breakfast and pre/post workout. I have 3 double shakes a day and the rest of my protein comes from whole food.
