    Protein and stomachache, Please advice

Recently I increase my intake protein from the protein shake, now I get stomachache, gases and diarrhea sometimes. Does this result of taking too much protein? What should I do? Should I reduce my intake protein? How many grams of protein should I take every day since my goal is loss fat and gain muscle? My weight is 212 LB.

    Please advice,

    Thanks

too much protein does not cause those things. most likely it is from the type of protein that you are using. if you are using a WPC you can try a different brand or try using a WPI or a blended protein..
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I have had this problem before, but only when I take a lower carb protein. Once I add more carbs to it or take a higher carb protein, the shits stop. Losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time is tough shit unless you use MUSCLETECH's new Thermogain!!!
Actually just try to trim down to your desired bf% first, then you can concentrate on putting on lean mass.

High protein intake tends to give me stomach cramps, digestive enzymes seem to help.
