You might think that supplements is the answer but the secret is getting the right diet. Btw, take only fish oil.

As you go thru the next couple of months people will offer all kinds of advice. Some of this will be from personal experiences and some from the many sources that get passed around the net. What ever you choose do the research first and be careful. I respect you for making such a great commitment to yourself and look forward to your posts as you grow them biceps.

Look into how much your body can absorb. Taking a large quantity of sups is a waste as your body can only absorbe so much at a time. You might do some research to see what your body can take in. Save your money and at the same time get the most you can from what you take in.

It would be very cool for you and us if you posted some before and after pics ... just delete your face to protect yourself.

You want the truth? Fvck the supps. Learn about solid nutrition and training principles, focus your energy and attention to building a base using basic compound movements, don't ever compare yourself to anyone else and ENJOY the journey, because bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint....your gains will come with hard work and TIME. I know that at 14 it might seem like a long way off to 18 but if you do this, you'll look back and go, "Holy shit....I look great". Your natrual testosterone hasn't even come close to reaching it's peak yet so don't fck with it coz by the time you're 17, if you're still slamming it in the gym you'll be grateful.
Forget ALL supps until you're 16 and have the base to build on. Period.

Justin maybe I can help, I gained that kinda weight when I was 14 two years ago. I was a lot smaller than you (5'2" 115) and right now I'm 5'10" 175. First off a lot of your growth is gonna just be natural. 5' 11" is decent size at 14 so you've got a frame to build on. A lot of people are probably going to tell you to stick to "compound" exercises at first. This is good advice but if you want more, I didn't use only compounds and I gained. I used a five day split starting out, Monday through Friday, chest, legs, back, shoulders, arms, in that order, with abdominal work in there a couple times a week. As far as supplements I would stick to a basic protein powder, maybe, glutamine, and creatine after 6 months or so, when your tendons are ready for it. Supplements are useless if you don't eat right though man. Bottom line is you're going to have to eat a shitload of food that's gonna get old really fast. I remember eating like 200 grams of protein a day at 115 pounds. Needless to say I didn't stay that weight for long. Egg whites for breakfast, chicken breasts when you get home from lifting. Skim milk is good too, although at your height and weight your prolly not to worried about getting fat. What are you bulking up for? Are you looking to play a sport or just to bulk up to whoop ass? As far as training your best exercise for gaining mass is free squats. Some people will probably tell you not to do them because your still growing, but they never hurt me and I'm still growing. Most of all don't get frustrated and don't grow crazy with it. If you gain a pound a week, you'll reach your goal in like 9 months. And remember that your fourteen, so if you eat like shit at the movies on friday night or go get drunk don't tear yourself up about it, just move on and keep lifting, it's easy to become obsessive over your size at 14. Don't go nuts. Lift your balls off in the gym and eat like you never have at the table. Good luck.
