    loading phase

    do you need to have a loading phase when just starting to take creatine monohydrate?????is three shakes per day for 5 days okay for a loading phase if needed at all?

    no loading is neccessary. Do a search, this topic has been gone over a thousand times.

    No need for loading, 4g or 5g per day is the maximum IMO.

    yeah, I go with 5g post workout with my shake and that is it.
