    no M1-T

Im 17 years old and was thinking about taking m1-t/4-ad.I need to gain as much weight as I can for football and Im willing to do about whatever it takes. after reading many posts and a lot of research I decided that it was a bad idea and I didnt want to risk it. With that said I still need to gain the weight and I was wondering if anyone could help. right now Im 5'10'' 160. I think I lift a lot for my weight (295 bench and 350 squat) but Im more concerned with just getting bigger. If anyone had any suggestions Id apreciate. Thanks

Everyone will tell you the same thing: Eat the right foods and tons of it all day everyday. Go to the Diet section of the forum for help with that. Despite what you now think, you have a lot to learn about eating right for gaining size.

You're 160lbs at 5'10" and you bench 295? That's awesome. Unless your arms are like 8" long.

Im 6'4" also........ its a lot harder for tall guys to lift heavy weights, we have a larger range of motion. Short guys gotta move the bar 8", we gotta move it 16". Just the way it is.
