I use it with my gold card for crazy discounts. Also, being the cheapskate taht I am, I peruse their clearance racks. Right now Im using GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate. I got 2 pounds of it for 10 bucks. And it aint half bad.

Other than those, Id never use them. End of story.

lol, everyone talks shit about gnc (including me) and i do admit they are assholes who are jsut tryin to sell shit and dont know anything else... but yet i do think they have good deals sometimes, i just got a whole pound of creatine mono. for 19 bux with my gold card, i think that is good, ( i am hearing a lot about these new "super" creatine anyone know about better then normal creatines??? )))))
anyway back to gnc yeah they are trying to rip people off but they cant do it ti people who know what they are doing (like us in here) i always laugh at fat people who get in there and i hear "salesman" talk to them and sell them all this shit............
When i first began seriously bodybuilding forever ago i was actually like 15 pounds overweight and i got sold a weight gainer, that was pretty shity of them to do so thats why i dont like them, but they do have some good edals for experienced people..

Creatine Ethyl Ester or CEE. Thereve been a bunch of threads, best idea is to run a search of CEE.

But yea I completely agree with what you say. Just for fun (I do this often).... Next time you go in there, ask for liver tabs. My money says they take you to get Milk Thistle and NAC and shit like that. Happens everytime.

fuck them, damn you know how many times i got supps and returned them for my money back, if they were a good legintimate company and caring for their customers (not like used car salesmen) then i wouldnt return shit there but becase they are that way i dont care..... ( the people who work there dont care wither if u return shit unless they are managers and the big people, because all that we return for money they are supposed to throw away, most of them just take it for themselfes.....)

haha,DU510 I went to GNC the other day and there were about 20 tubs of mega isolate for $10 each so I bought 10 of them and I also got 20% off with the GC. At 50 grams of protein per serving, you can't beat that.

Umm....Craig works at GNC part time. He is one of the FEW that know anything about crap in there. People actaully call the store to see if he will be in on the weekends, if he isn't, they do not come in so they do not have to deal with idiots trying to shove things they don't need down their throats.

yes....fat people expect the "miracle pill" without having to diet or excerise. The Asian people want Fish Oil in HUGE bottles to ship back home. Black women like the colon cleanse products. The druggies buy Cover-up drinks.

Thats EXACTLY what im talking about. The one I went to only had one tub of it, so I only got one. What state are you in? Seriously, the deals are few and far between, but there are definately some there.

Sometimes....but its hard to miss the discount nutrition place across the street, or Craig is telling them to buy it online or down the street a lil farther at Mary's store. We don't buy our protein powder or many of the supps. Damaged or returns!

Im in South Carolina, but it looked like their whole pro performance line was short dated. Im going to go back and get more, because they discount stuff 75% that expires in 5 months. I also got 4 cases of ABB's Carbo Force for $5 a case.

Even with a gold card prices are cheaper online if you shop around IMO.

The prices are sometimes a buck or 2 cheaper, but then you have to pay shipping.

Question

undefinedWell, I have a gold card, I get it for free every year.... perk... I have to agree with most, I go there about everyother week to browse through the clearance stuff. I am not picky on protein, hell after all my years of my mamma's cooking, I can stomach about anything. You just cant beat a 2 lb container of designer for 10 bucks or some post workout drings like blue thunder for 97 cents when they want to charge 4.50 at the gym. The only thing I dont like is checking out. If that damn stupid, barely speaking english, non-educated, drooling retard at the counter asks me one more time... "do you want some hydrated granular sheep testical powder onsale? I WILL put her/him out of their mysery... but thus is the story of my life.

Oh hey.. I have been reading for a while, WTF is IMO?

To me, it is not how long you're in the gym... it is what you do why you are there... Intesity and Consistency are Paramount. Oh yeah, and eat plenty of fried chicken, whole milk and bacon. Ask any old farmer that usually lives to about 90+.

no no you guys can't slag em off

i've saved roughly £200 stocking up on Met-RX supps!!!!

well... actually considering their prices are at least a quater more than online prices its probably more like a £100 saving, but still i saved money at GNC and half the reason i'm so shocked is because I thought they were stingy and badly over-priced, but the gold card 50% sales rule!

If they are running great deals like that mega isolate for $8 after GC discount, you should post it. I didn't go this month because the few great deals they have usually are not supps I buy. Once, I did clear them out of these great tasting carb drinks they make for like $.37 each and some RTD 100% whey drinks for about $.45 because they only had two months until expiration. Took me three trips to get everything in the car. Took me 4 months to consume it all.

The Isolate wasnt a deal they were running, it was a clearance thing going on. It didnt have an expiration, and I found 3 scoopers in it so far.... kinda funny.
