Caffeine by itself is basically just good for energy. Over time your body will get used to the dosage you are taking and you won't feel the same boost that you did when you started so when that happens just lay off the pills for a little bit then start taking them again or just increase the dosing. As far as bulking and cutting go with caffeine, it basically depends on your cardio routine. You will have more energy with caffeine so technically you could workout longer, thus burning more calories. If you were trying to bulk up though, i personally don't think you should do cardio or do very little cardio. If you wanted to do a cutting cycle you should probably use an ECA stack rather than just caffeine.
