    S1+ and Creatine?

When I start my S1+ cycle, should I stop using creatine?

Also, when training during this cycle, should I....
    1. Go for a few extra sets, considering the decreased recovery time?
    2. Best method of training- Low reps (5-7) with heavy weight or higher reps(8-12) with moderate weight?

What is the average mass gain I may expect from a 4 week S1+ cycle? This is my first cycle, and I would consider myself an easy gainer.

    STATS- 35 years old, 5' 9", 190 lbs.

    Thanks.

    Creatine is fine with S1+.

If I were you, I would continue the program you are currently using, simply to see how well the product worked for you. If you feel you can put in an extra set, go for it. If you can put up an extra 10 lbs, do it. Use the horomone to your advantage, just dont get overzealous, because it is possible to overtrain on pro-horomones/steroids.

Though I feel that it is fine to stay on creatine, you might want to get off of it now and start it back up while you are on you pct so that you won't have as bad of recovery times while your natural test levels are getting back to normal. Don't underestimate what your body will be able to do and make sure you are eating like a monster while you are on the S1+. I went from doing 250x5x3 on bench to doing 295x5x3 in a 3 week period while I was on M1T. Don't lift longer, just more intense. You are on a mild steroid, and keep that in mind. Your body is going to be superhuman for the time you are on; keep that mindframe. Don't sell yourself short.

When running a PH cycle like S1+ you want to try to gain the most muscle possible so low weight high rep would be a waste of time. Keep your training intensity up and take in more calories so you can see the maximum muscle gain possible. Train hard, just dont over train. You will see really good gains if you are running the cycle correctly. Dont try to trim down during the cycle, wait until after your done with PCT. You didn't say anything about running a PCT but i reccomend using Nolvadex. Run a search on S1+ and PCT and you will find what you need. Creatine is fine to use while on cycle

Yeah, but I don't have a prescription...and 6-OXO is much easier to get.

    Thanks

I'm sure the powder would be more cost effective if you knew how to effectively cap it. Xjbone, I was showing you liquid nolvadex.
