I did several searches before I decided to post but I see so many different opinions and advice given to members based on their individual situations so i just decided to post yet another thread asking about s1+ and 1-ad/4-ad.
I have done 2 1-ad cycles (followed by 6-oxo for the second one) Along with diet my gains were good and using the 6-oxo allowed me to keep most of it (the first cycle without 6-oxo was a waste)
Anyway, I have been off any supplements for almost a year now so I'm ready to go again. I was just going to do a 1-ad/4-ad cycle but then i saw s1+ and heard good things. I guess they are pretty close considering s1+ contains both 1-ad and 4-ad right???
Everything I read about s1+ looks good but it seems like spraying it on and waiting for it to dry and the rashes are a little more then its worth??? What do you guys think? What would you recommend for me considering my past PH use.
Also if you recommend the 1-ad/4-ad stack over the s1+ how should I take it (ie: how much and when) If you recommend the s1+ the same goes (how much and when)
Also I just plan to take 6-oxo for pct, I dont want to get into ordering percriptions.
Any advice would be awesome. Like I said I have read all about this stuff, its just been a while and I'm torn between the these two cycles. Depending on which thread you use, one is better then the other.

s1 is a good place to start. S1+ is a stack of 4ad and 1-test, NOT 1-AD. *You should take 4-6 sprays twice daily 12 hours apart. Read the directions on the bottle.
Yes, 6-oxo is fine for PCT
Hmmm. 2 bottles of 6-OXO? I thought 1 would suffice. This sucks because I just received my order with 1 bottle of 6-OXO and 2 bottles of S1+. Do I NEED a 2nd bottle?
How long should the PCT cycle last after 4 weeks on S1+?

I see that some people say I should have NOLVDEX on hand just in case. I didnt get any sides off of the 2 1-ad cycles. I dont know where to get NOLVDEX, isn't it a precription? How necessary is it?
