    Creative Size vs Strength

Ive been working out for awhile but have mostly stayed away from supplements. Therefore, I dont have a huge knowledge about creatine and I was thinking about bulking with it this winter. A friend told me that creatine only adds water or something to your muscles and only makes them look bigger...I had thought creatine allows you to lift heavier and get more hypertrophy, making the muscles grow more. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks a lot

You will find more information running a search and reading through the many threads on the subject. There are different forms of creatine, and yes, they can help those that respond well to them. The only way to know is to try. The newest kind is called CEE.

I love creatine. I always get my biggest gains while I'm using it.
