Lean Look
First off, I follow a good diet and I do Cardio on a regularly so I am fairly happy with my look. My problem is I'm looking for that little edge that will give me a harder/leaner look. I've been reading through other posts and yet I'm stll a bit confused on what supplement to order. Basically, I'm looking to use one PH alone that would give me a harder/leaner look. I've been looking into M-5AA, M-Dien and M4OHN. Can someone please give me some suggestions on what PH to order and exactly how much mg/day??????

MD and M4OHN are difficult to dose. It varies a lot per individual. M5 @ 30-40 mg pre-workout is supposed to be nice.

study up more on your diet, do more circuit training type workouts to aid in fat loss...
