Will Aspirin and Caffeine help me lose fat quicker?

    Hello,
I am wondering if I just went to the store and bought caffine and asperine tablets and took them in the morning before my cardio workout, if that would help me to lose weight or fat faster?
I've heard that almost all fat burning supplements are just caffine and blood thinners and I have been told that I can just take these and it will do the same thing but for a fraction of the cost. What is your opinion? Will I be waisting money or is this a good alternative?
I also heard that if I included Ephedrine that it would be even better but isn't ephedrine banned? Is there another alternative to replace this ingredient?

    Thanks for your help!

My opinion, dont use any of those magical weight loss supplements, they can do more harm then good. Want to lose weight faster?? Bump up the cardio intensity, and the length of the trainign sessions.
    Damn

it works quite well if you add ephedrine to it.

    ECA Stack:
    25mg ephedrine, 250mg caffeine and 300mg aspirin

Does it matter what kind of caffine tablets or asperine? The asperine I have is Enteric Coated Aspirin - 325mg per tablet
The caffeine I have is called "Jet-Alert" and has 200mg per tablet. I can cut one tablet in a 4th to make 250 mg!?
Let me know, thank you ;-)

P.S. What is the difference between Ephedra and Ephedrine? Why is one illegal and the other is not? Is Ephedrine just as effective as Ephedra?

    Do we cycle the stack?

    O.k. guys,
So, do we cycle it every few weeks such as using it 3 weeks on and 1 week off etc... as to not become immune to it, otherwise it would not work any longer? Or can we just keep taking it until we meet our goals?

Also, how come Ephedra is illegal but Ephedrine is not? I really thought both were illegal but websites are freely selling Ephedrine. What is the difference between the two?
