Creatine used PCT?

Hey, first time poster, long time lurker.
Anyway, I am currently on a cycle of m1t and was thinking of loading creatine on the last week of my m1t cycle and continuing it with my PCT. Any thoughts on whether this would offset the losses associated with coming off m1t?
Thanks

I take creatine on and off PH cycles. The key to retaining gains is good PCT (i.e. Nolvadex/Clomid), good diet (above maintenance calories) and keep your training intensity high. Creatine will help a little too.

so you think there are noticeable benefits of taking creatine on and off PH and PS cycles?

surely it would just put extra stress on your liver?? (which you don't want with something like M1T), i'd prefer not to take it at all during a cycle

maybe taking creatine inbetween the end of PCT and your next PH/PS cycle is a better idea, to keep the intensity up and obviously the gains

Creatine isn't stressful on the liver, it has more of an impact on your kidneys.

Maybe Im wrong, but I thought M1t also puts stress on your kidneys. Hence the reasoning behind drinking extra water. So I could understnand young d's reasoning....

As long as the pumps don't interfere with your workout during your loading phase, I think it is a good idea. It is what I plan to do next time around.
