Met-RX's..."CreaPHos" - this so called 'cutting edge' product any good?

how dose this products look, i've read some good reveiws about it on another site, people saying its a lot better than meta-cel etc. So i picked some up on the 50% off met-rx sale (at gnc ), anyone heard much about it?

oh and the serving suggestion is 1 scoop a day, is that really enough to make it 100% effective? with other creatine products i've always loaded up on 20g a day and maintained at 10g, but following the suggestion i'd only get 5g a day

bear in mind i'm towards the end of a cut, and i'm after adding strength and LBM, don't really want to add any bulk/fat back yet!

i have a tub of both this and V12 turbo, just deciding which would be best to try 1st?
