Has anyone hurt your wrists like this?

I was taking M1T for about 1 month, experienced good gains and was able to lift more in the end. Once i stopped taking it i couldnt get ahold of any nolva right away or even 6-oxo, now 3 weeks after the fact im on 6-oxo, might be pointless but im taking it anyone to get rid of any excess estrogen and increase my own test. This is besides the fact of my point, when i stopped taking M1T and went back to the gym my wrists started to really bother me, anything like shoulder presses, or bench press where it is direct vertical compression on the wrist would weaken it to the point where i couldnt even do 2/3 of the weight i was before, and when fooling around with my wrist if i move it inwards towards my body, the point just south of your thumb muscle feels like theres a pinched nerve cause its very sore along with alot more cracking sounds lately. This has gone on for about 3 weeks now, even when i took a week off its still the same, if not worse.
Has this occured to anyone before? I work on the computer so it might have something to do with that but i have been doing this for 5 years and never had a problem. Any advice would be good right now and if you know of a supplement that helps this please share!!!
