    pre-workout: vendetta vs. whey & gatorade

    is there any real difference between taking a protein shake with gatorade or taking vendetta pre-workout?

    what is vendetta ?
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    very pricey for a PWO supplement. you would have to use at least 3-4 scoops which means one container is good for 6.5 servings for $30 or close to $4.50 per serving...

    Thanks for spreading nothing but completely false information, vendetta contains 20 servings and is by far the best value on free form EAA you will find anywhere

    hmmm...1.5 scoops contains 13 grams of protein and there are 20 servings. you do the math...using 40 grams of protein for post WO what does "your" math come out to ?

    and I said nothing about the quality, I stated it was pricey...

    and if you knew anything about what you were discussing you would know that it is 13g of free form EAA's - this is not whey - these are free form aminos we are talking about which constitutes a big difference
