How do we prevent ECA stack immunity?

    Hey guys,
Another question before I start the ECA stack I am hoping you can help me with.
I heard that we should maybe cycle taking the supplements such as 5 days on, 2 days off etc...., or 6 weeks on 2 weeks off.
What is the besy way to take it as to prevent getting used to the supplements? I am concerned that after a few weeks my body will be immune to it and it won't be as effective.

Also, I know we take it 3 times a day but what TIMES of the day do we take it? before cardio in the morning?, lunch?, and then how many hours before bed to prevent insomnia?

    thank you!

the longer you use and ECA stack the more effecitve it becomes. you can easily take and ECA for 4-6 months straight...

    What about the "tired" syndrome?

Some people have told me that if you take the stack for 5 or more days straight that a person ends up getting extremely tired. How do we prevent this? I think they suggested cycling it. Any ideas?

    Thumbs up

Excellent article! Thanks, Lam. This is the part of the article that best answers the question, IMO:

"The advantages to using a non-specific beta agonist are two fold. First, although ephedrine binds to other adrenergic receptors, it seems that the most beneficial adrenergic effects, such as thermogenesis, are actually enhanced after chronic use.2,3 This may be explained by chronic stimulation of alpha receptors by NA and Adr. This chronic alpha-adrenergic stimulation may activate thyroxin deiodinases leading to the peripheral conversion of T4 to T3. In fact, significant increases in the ratio of T3 to T4 have been shown to occur after 4 weeks of chronic treatment of ephedrine.2 Increased levels of T3 can sensitize adrenergic sensitivity to NA and Adr. It should be noted that the same study showed that this ratio decreased below initial values after week 12 of treatment."

    O.k. guys,
I really didn't understand the article very well as I am very ignorant of any kind of supplements and how they work, but to make sure I got this right, LAM is correct in that we can take the ECA stack indefinately without breaks?
But on the other hand, what do we do when we hit a wall of tiredness do to taking the stack? Like I mentioned earlier, some people cycle it (3 days on 1 day off etc...) in order to prevent this. What do you recommend?
    Thank you.

I have a few more questions as well regarding taking the stack :

1.) Can I take the stack sooner or later then 30-45 minutes before a meal? i.e. such as 1 or 2 hours before a meal? Or will it not be as effective?

2.) Do I have to space the times between taking them by exactly 3 or 4 hours? Or can I range it between 3 and 6 hours as long as it isn't earlier then 3 hours? Will it effect it's effectiveness otherwise?

3.) Can we take other supplements with it such as multi-vitamines etc....?

4.) If we cycle it, 5 days on and 2 days off etc... will it not be as effective as taking it all the time? I just want to make sure I don't become immune to it, but at the same time get the most benefits from it.

    Thank you.
