Bubble Weight gain - whats the best supplements?

Hiya all,

I'm starting back on this weight training/ muscle building stuff...
I'm looking at the weight gain supplements on the market at the moment.
(www.thesupplementstore.co.uk in fact - good rating system)

I've narrowed it down to:
"maximuscle cyclone" or "maximuscle Progain"

I'm a hard gainer, on a fixed budget
Is Cylcone a good move for me? Or is a hard core weight gainer a must for my genetics?!?!?

(Ie with the creatine put in, Progain seems a good deal money wise - but is has virtually no complex cards in it - its all sugars!)

Hope you can advise
Regards
Martin

PS:
The site I'm looking at is:
www.thesupplementstore.co.uk in fact - good rating system

Ok so your on a budget and you wanna gain some weight. Theres no need for any products. Seriously most of those are junk and a waste of money. All you need is a blender and some food and your set. Heres an example weight gainer shake

16 ounces skim milk
2 Tbsp Natty Peanut Butter
Banana
1/2 Cup oatmeal
Whey Protein or Eggwhites or Whole Eggs

you can pretty much make any combo of weight gainer shake you want to...thats just an example...that example alone with whey protein would be around 800 calories and its all good for you

Not really necessary to get started on supps. Whole food is a lot better. Sort out a good bulk diet by studying the sticky 'guide to...'. Post your diet, meal by meal with total cals and macros and your stats and goal for a critique.

in contradition i feel supps are fine, better to slam a glass of protein down ya neck than starve till you get home...

maximuscle cyclone is a very good starting point my man, i used it about 2 years ago (1st creatine supp. i used) and although the taste is horrible results were satisfying!

however it is VERY expensive, you will need about 3 tubs to last 1 month, so bear that in mind

i didn't like the progain much, seemed to make me a bit fat, i didn't think it really did anything for me... i rate MRP's such as Met-Rx, that is a LOT better than progain, in terms of taste and results, and the protein in Met-Rx is sustained release as its a blend of whey, milk, and casein

from that site i'd recommend cyclone, if you want a weight gainer this is a very good one...
http://www.thesupplementstore.co.uk/...on/promass.htm
or
http://www.thesupplementstore.co.uk/...nstantmass.htm

i've not tried the reflex 1 yet, but i'm thinking about giving it a go as it looks pretty good

also go to this site... www.affordablesupplements.co.uk

theres plenty of reviews on products on there, and they have the best prices for branded supplements in the uk, i've ordered from them before and they are a safe company to buy from, very good rep

hope it goes well for you

So... is Cyclone a Creatine supp ... or a weight gainer?

People don't change, people realize.

Amazing! I ve never thought about that. AT some point I would create natural Protein shakes with 5 to 6 raw egs, milk, hot chocolate powder, and sugar. But I never relaize that, more foods couls be used as well. So what else have you got? If it's not a bother.. can you drop a couple of more simillar recepees?
