Whats a good supplement that burns fat for begginers body builders, my 1st goal is to loose my fat then work on my muscles, so i guess cardio then weights...also any side effect when taking supplements? thanks for the help everyone.
you wont get very far without a clean diet. get that straightened out before you do anything.
ask for a good starter routine in the training section. you will get results quicker than any supplement can give you if you have a solid training program going (the clean diet is #1 though).
