Question Getting back into it. Any and all info is appreciated.

Hello all. I guess my following questions are addressed to teh most knoledgebale members of the forum. But any input will be greatly apreciated. I am 25. From 16 y/o until about 20 I was working out faithfully. From then on it was REALLY on and off. and for the past 3 years it is safe to say that I diidnt work out at all. I am VERY skiny by nature, VERY hard gainer (especially legs). Back in a day all I knew was to work out hard, eat as much as possible, and as far as supplements, MetRx (later MyoPlex) was the thing. Later on I discovered Creatine (Monohydrate), and liked the results, esspecially the watter retantion. To some tahts a minus, but to me it felt awsome - anything to get as far away from being skiny, you know. However right now I see that the world of supplements has exploded, and I am overwhelmed by all the info and availability. I began to relaize that if I cared to learn how to do it the right way back then, I would be getting better results. So my plan now is to work out virtually without any serious supps, until I peak - should take me a few months. However i am thinking to still get some form of protein shake. There are so many, and I here all this fuss about that "you should be consuming high quality protein), what does that mean any way. What protein is better and why? Why is Whey better? Or is it a good idea to start a Weight Gainer shakes right away? I was never a fan of Weight Gainers. Back when i was working out, I tried soem taht were selling in GNC at the time. It had a ton of vitamins and like 1200 calories/serving. I just felt liek my body didint absorb any of it, it didnt feel like "quality intake" so to speak. It made my stomach feel funny, sometimes i felt nasiated, and the worse thing is that it would kill my apetite for normal food for teh whole day. So I guess my question is, perhaps tehre are better weight gainer products on the market today, I am sure sinece is jetting ahead, so i would gve it anotehr chsnce if you guys will sugest some or one . And after a while I was thinking to get myself Creatine again. But I hear there are a lot of like products with better results available today. Ive heard good things about V12 for exapple. WHta other nice supplements would you recomend once I am ready? Oh and last but not least, I am not at all intersted in any of the pro-hormone products, are products that mess with test and other hormones.

Thank you every one for reading my post, and even a bigger thanks to all who will share their knolege.

Yes. Because I am not satisfied with a half empty glass so I want more. Always. Let´s not ruin your first thread with nonsense.

I buy from www.allthewhey.com for protein. I buy from www.bulknutrition.com for creatine mono/micronized, and get yourself a good multi vitamin.
Weight gainer isnt that great.. you need to get your diet in order.
