creatine pills vs powder

I did a search, but didnt turn up anything so just link me if it has been posted before.

Are there any advantages of taking creatine in powder form rather than pills? I hate the powder and think I could take it a lot more effectively if I used pills.

I can't imagine taking v12 dry... its pretty sour/tart.

the fruit punch is anyway.. i can't say for the other flavors.

what's the problem with mixing it with water?

for the ease, you may want to consider creatine actijubes. I've tried them in the past and they did the job. they're chewable & don't need to be taken WITH water.. you still need to keep you water intake up.

thats what i was looking at and calling "pills" on GNC's site

the powder just feels...gritty to me when i drink it...not thick though..its like mixing sand with water and trying to drink it for me (though it is good tasting sand)

yeah, get the actijubes. their gummy & taste great. Again, you'll pay a little more for the convenience.

i think what he was getting at is 10 pounds in a month sounds a little unrealistic.. i'm not saying you're lying, it's just sounds unusual.

i weigh 205 at night & 200 in the morning.. it's best to weigh yourself in the morning.

regardless, keep it up!

When I posted that, I thought it was someone else posting that in this thread... you know, out of the blue. When I saw that it was the thread starter, it made more sence, so I erased it
