ECA vs Hot Rox?

For all of you that have tried these 2, which seems more effective?

Craig says the ECA.

Said alot of people return the HotRox due to not working. But then it could be the people not sticking to their eatting programs as well.

This is like comparing a Corvette to a stationwagon.

ECA works well, and is backed by quite a bit of research. It is also cheap.

HotRox is basically over-priced hype in a bottle. Hot Rox costs more than my car payment.

ECA is tried and true. That would be my choice hands down. If you have not tried it before I would start out with a low dose to figure out your sensitivity to E & C.

yeah i worked at gnc for a while and every bottle that i sold of hotrox people came back and were like this stuff is crap and returned it hot rox is overpriced overhyped garbage

You can get ephedrine by Vasopro at bulk nutrition. Its like $7.00 a bottle....they even sell the caffeine. That is your best bet. You can take 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine three times a day. That is an average dose that works. I used to be able to do 2-3 times that a few years ago, but now I guess I fried out my whatever it does because I can only do half the standard dose. Anymore and I get sick from the shakes and my HR goes up to like 115 BPM. So I would start low and do not go over three doses of what I mentioned. You can do more but you may pay for it later in life.

E/C/A is the best fat-burning stack around. It used to be ephedra/caffiene/aspirin. Now, it is ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin. Some people like to use Yohimbine instead of aspirin, its personal preference.
