Wow, that's an expensive habit you have there. Taking a number of individual amino acids and protein at the same time will lead to competition for absorpion. A scoop of whey contains all the aminos you need to keep your nitrogen balance positive during a workout. Pre workout all I take is 5g BCAAs, 3g taurine, 3g of Creatine Ethyl Ester and a small amount of fruit.
Postworkout a scoop or two of whey and some simple carbs or oatmeal should help kickstart the anabolic process cost effectively. JMO.

WHat is BCAA, taurine, Cort Bloc, Vanadylm, Arginine, Ornithine. Oh and what about Creatine Ethyl Ester, how is it different from Monohydrate? Any info is apreceated a lot. Thanks to all in advance.
