    trying to get big

i am currently bulking and was deciding on what to take as a testosterone booster. I was thinking of 1ad. Do you need to take 6-oxo as well to keep yourself from getting man boobs while taking this stuff? I was taking on/off cylcle previously with no results, what a waste of money that crap was .

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    5-10 150 trying to get to 165 - 170.

I do not see the point of taking 6-OXO alone, nor would I recommend it, it should either be used for PCT or along with something else that will stimulate natural T levels, i.e. a Tribulus based supplement.

oh ok, thanks for the info, so one cycle of 1-ad, then a cycle of 6-oxo. Sounds great. By the way, im new to supplements, how well does this work? Should I make any changes to my diet to help with the 1-ad?

I would do 1-AD for 6 weeks. 100mg's 3 times a day, then follow up with PCT.
