    best quality...least wind

    so..money no object what would you consider the highest quality pure protein brand....and second question.,.....which brand have you found to give the least wind....?

    sticking with a good whey protein isolate is best for that, since all of the lactose has been removed...tons to chose from, just really depends on what flavor you like...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    well cant find a non-flavoured good quality brand pure isolate in the uk.....
