ok i need some help on what supplements i should take...i dont wanna take anything to extreme, nothing that will harm my health in anyway. But im 17 about 5"7, and im 165lb. Now im pretty big for a guy my age, not in my weight but im pretty wide, big shoulders. Im wondering what supplements i should take, ive taken creatine in the past about a year ago or so. Im just asking what i should be taking because i dont know if things have changed with creatine, or if there is anything new or what. My goal is to get bigger, but have less body fat and more muscle defintion, while not losing any size. I was thinking of taking a wieght gainer and some creatine. http://www.healthdepot.ca/ is the website that i usually get all my supplements from because its close to my house , does anything there look like its worth getting (btw the prices are in cnd dollars) ? im kind hesitant on ordering stuff online....and thnx any help is appreciated
