Question PWO? Night time?

Without a doubt simillar questions have been asked. And mine is of course is somewhat unique, and thats why I am starting a new thread . So, guys please please please answer it, the best you can. It is not even really a question but a plea for opinion based on expereince, regarding "best protein". I am planing to to use Whey for post workout, of course, and another non-Whey protein shake in the evening. Even though money is not a big concern for me now, I dont want to go ahead and buy the most expencive stuff out there and hope that it isnt just another non-quality hyped up product. So please sugest high quality protein shakes that you sweare by, both Whey and night time, and reasons if possible. Taste and more importantly mixability are rather of concern as well.

Trueprotein.com offers a good variety of whey formulas and casein/micellar casein for night time use.

Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey is also great, as is Costco's Prorated Whey (6lbs/$20).

Milk Isolate for night. Mixability isn't as good as whey. You could try www.allthewhey.com or www.trueprotein.com.

Which one would you pick to swear by Allthewhey or ON 100%, as far as quality an/or amino asid profile?

any isolate will do for pwo, i think all isolates are pretty damm similar as they all have to have a certain amount of p/c and f per 100g (i've heard good stuff about NECTAR, IDS isolate and dymatize elite whey, any of them will do), personally i just by my isolate from a self branded site (www.sports-nutrition.net) as its cheap and isolate is isolate!

before bed i use met-rx protein plus, its a blend of whey, egg, calcuim caseinate and milk protein, so your getting a range of fast and slow releasing proteins in there

I like the taste of ON chocolate and certainly recommend it, but haven't tried alltheway, yet. I'm sure their whey isolate is top notch and I hear some flavors are really good.

Make your own shake. My last meal of the day is a shake made from 1C non fat cottage cheese, 12 oz low carb non-fat milk and 2 scoops of All the Whey. I usually only finish 2/3 of it and drink the rest sometime about 3-4hours later (when I wake up to take a leak). I also will have a small hand full of peanuts or some peanut butter with it for fat.

Thanks Phred .. Ill definately try that.. I ve made some of my own shakes before with eggs. I wanted opinions on Brands and kinds of protein powder as well. So I went with Allthewhey Isolate and ordered 2 lbs tonight. Still to decide about night time one.

1 Cup. Although I tend to put more than a cup. It is a heaping cup. I put it in a blender and let it rip. I have used the sugar free Torani syrups for flavoring (chocolate, caramel, vanilla and rasberry). Just to keep from getting bored with the taste.
