need supplement help....
hey,
i am currently living in finland as an exchange student and i have been looking at taking supplements but i have a problem because i havent heard of any of the supplements that i have come across. please let know know if you have tried either X cell creatine or any of the nutri plus supplements. how did they work? any side effects? worth the money?

why not mail order and put the delivery address as in finland? many companies dispatch accross europe, even US ones like 1fast400

yeah.....i was just about to post and ask if i mailed them would someone try them out for me but instead i decided to buy the nutri plus pro gainer with creatine monohydrate and try it out myself
