Vomitting caused by the ECA stack
Hello,
In the last couple day, I have experienced vomitting, and I believe it is from the ECA stack. I've been taking it for the last 2 weeks without hardly any problems, so I am wondering why it could be causing me to get sick. I do want to say I did ad L-Tyrosine to the stack as well. Maybe the L-tyrosine is causing it, but I am only taking one gram. Any suggestions would be great. Oooops, I have to go puke again  Thanks everyone! |

No, the only thing I drink is a gallon and a half of water a day. One thing I did notice is I started feeling sick after I lifted weights. I know I was feeling really hot and sweating, which is a side-effect from the stack. Maybe the sick feeling will go away eventually as long as I consistantly take the stack.
All I know is ever since I started taking the stack, I'm losing weight twice as fast as i have in the past. I think some of it is water weight, as caffeine is a natural diuretic, but I think the fat is melting off. I just wish i could keep my food in my stomach !!! |

Why dont you try just eliminating the L-Tyrosine ?
