    Creatine Cycle

hey guys i was thinking about taking creatine and wondering which creatine to purchase (economical, good quality)? and i was also wondering what time to take it and what is the cycle like 4 weeks on 2 weeks off and stuff. I know this has been discussed a lot of places and i apologize if i'm just repeating the questions that have been previously asked but if anyone is so generous of directing me somewhere and/or just telling me in this post.

    Thanks a lot

it is not necessary to cycle creatine. to start with, just buy some cheap monohydrate with some dextrose (or any non-citrus juice) and you should be set. from there you can experiment to see if any particular brands work well for you.

make sure you drink lots of water, and dont listen to people who are gona say to you that your heart is gona explode or some shit like that, i recently got in a big argument with my friends girlfriend about shit like that, i mean im obviously big enough so people realize that that im a " Bodybuilder " so to say, and then she is sitting ther with her fat ass trying to teach me about supplements, oh my god she was so emmbarasing to her botfriend and the other people, god damn that was a true white trash girl, she was telling me that everyone who uses creatine is gona get kidneystones, and other shit like that and i told her about drinking water and that that will not happen (ussualy) and then we started talking about stronger supplements and oh my god thats when we got in a big arguments, what a retarded bitch. Imagine me going to ronnie coleman and telling him that NO_NO this is not the way to lift weight because you are not doing it right...it would be jsut that stupid............................................ ............. but back to the point here, there is some stronger creatines, like VPX CEX made some good shit which i am using right now that is not neccecery if you are a begginer tho.............regulkar creatine monohydrate is cheap and you dont neccecerly need to use it with a transport system like grape juice because it has too much sugar...you can take it with water before workout and after workout no need to take more and no need to cycle it, and wait about 1 week to 2 weeks for it to kick in,,, thats preety much it man, just drink lots of water, and oh yeah no need to load on that stuff either i think thats just a way for the companys to make you use the stuff up faster

    Hows it going!!
(I dont know how to post links )
To find out every question you could have about taking Creatine go to ABC Bodybuilding theres a great article under nutrition/Supplement Reviews called Creatine Myths and Facts. If you have any further questions after you read that article go to forums/nutriton and theres an article right at the top of the first page where the aurthor totaly breaks down every question you could have about this supplement.
    ENJOY!!
