Creatine Supplement..Best Bang for the buck?

Hi I am taking Cell Tech and was wondering if that was a good creatine? Is there any that are cheaper than it ( 55 for 7lbs.). Also I have heard that you can mix a pure creatine with carbs or something and be a lot better than taking in all of that sugar Cell Tech has..? Is this true. Please let me know what is the best creatine bang for the buck. Thank you :0

The thing about Cell-tech is that it's loaded with suger which means every time you take it will cause an insulin spike. Which is bad any time except PWO as it raises blood suger levels and cuases you to store more fat. Another thing is It's supposed to be mixed in liquid but Creatine is unstable in liquid it will degrade into a byprduct within 5 minutes which is useless. Cell- Tech (as are all Muscletech supps) are well over priced.
You would be best just getting a tub of Creatine Monohdrate (there all basically the same) and spooning 1 teaspoon (5 grams) twice a day. Spiking your Creatine is not needed but is optional. Your PWO will do this that's why it's a good idea to take Creatine PWO.

Phosphagen HP by EAS is good stuff too. Never get anything by MuscleTech(the company that makes CellTech). You can find the exact same thing made by another company for half the price.

Pure creatine is your best bet. Take it with grape juice.

Its tough to beat, especially for that price.
