    BSL Kreataine Ultra

Is the amount of BCAAs enough to make them a real factor in choosing this creatine over another?

Also - as a woman could I get away w/ 5g instead of 10g serving size?

I've heard good things but after trying a few of the newer creatines I've been thinking of going back to good old monohydrate. Any reason to prefer this?

If creatine mono works for you, I'd stick with it. I don't see any reason to get creatine with BCAAS in it. Seems like it would cost a lot more. 5 grams is okay, but 10 might be better. You will just have to see if you get the same response from 5 grams.

kreatine ultra is a good complement to nitrojet. if you are not combining them i don't think it is worth it imo.

    kreatine ultra:
    kre-alkalyn: 750 mg
    betaine: 1 g
    inositol hexaphosphate: 1.05 g
bcaa (unsure of the individual amino breakdown): 2.45 g
    l-glutamine: 2.16 g
    taurine:1.5 g

i think i'll go w/the mono. i can easily start convincing myself i "need" tons of supplements (i just like reading about them etc.) but the budget is tight so i'm trying to reign myself in and go "back to basics"

i'll probably go w/creaform (creatine mono - nicely priced at bulknutrition.com)

    thanks
