    L-tyrosine with eca stack?

    Hello,
I am wondering whether l-tyrosine has to be taken with the eca stack or can it be taken seperately, like with a meal or something?

    Thank you

You can take it with your stack, or with food. Personally, I take it with my EC/Y stack, 30min prior to food consumption or exercise.

    Agghhhhhhhhhh!

    And aghhhhhhhhhh again.

Seriously - you've started literally almost fifteen separate threads regarding EC and tyrosine; the tyrosine is in relation to EC, so it's the same thing. Fifteen concerns focused on various angles of the same supplement doesn't equal fifteen unrelated questions necessitating fifteen unique threads.

I know you're honestly concerned with making an educated decision when it comes to supplement choice and use, which is laudable and rare, but damn. I say this out of love. For myself - my eyes hurt! I understand how confusing it is when you're dealing with something you're not fully knowledgeable about; it's wise to ask questions - but there are wiser ways to do it. Take it as it's meant: advice, not an attack.

No, tyrosine should not be taken with food if you're aiming for the acute effects (Gatorade and the like are okay though). Otherwise, there's no point in bothering given that, as a lifter, you're likely consuming plenty of tyrosine from protein-rich foods and supplements.
Not to see many things, not to hear many things, not to permit many things to come close - first imperative of prudence, first proof that one is no mere accident but a necessity.

Tyrosine has been shown to aid in or help keep the adrenals "clean" so to speak.

A simple google search of "l-Tyrosine and adrenal health" will get you started...
