    gaining weight ?

i have suddenly began to put on alot of fat around my midsection. i did a cycle of s1+ and followed with 3-4 weeks of nolva. is my weight gain connected to the things i have taken and the way i did it? my sex drive has not come all the way back either.

are you still following a high calorie diet ? or did you lower the cals after you finished the cycle ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

i have lowered it a little, but it never was a big caloric intake diet. i know i should have done more when on the cycle, but i cheated myself a little.

It is possible that your fat deposition is due to an increase in estrogen, or just a hormonal imbalance. I now wear more fat around my hips than before I did PH/PS. I am lean enough that you can see my ribs (<10% bf), and still have love handles. I hate it. It gives me an hour-glass figure.

Fix your diet, and don't look for supplements or drugs to take care of it. If all else fails, there is simple surgery that makes love handles disappear.

so your saying post cycle its best to make sure your diet is totally clean? like cut out any sugary foods and maybe down the carbs a bit?

what about doing extra cardio to stop any fat coming on?

is it common to put on a bit of fat post cycle? i read somewhere that PH/PS cycles can actually increase muscle and lower BF together!
