I am thinking about using Glucosamine/Chondroitin with MSM to help with over all joint health/pain. I've noticed that its not a cheap supplement so I want to know if its worth taking.
I am also thinking about using Niacin to aid in Cholesterol balance mostly to help while on steroid cycles. I don't have issues with the Cholesterol right now but want to use it to help while on cycle.
I am thinking about adding Cayenne to aid in digestion since I eat so much food. I hear its also healty for the heart and veins.
I am also thinking about using Zinc...mostly for the immune system boost.
I am thinking about taking Garlic for cardiovascular health.
OK guys last but not least I am thinking about supplementing Amino Acids. I have noticed that its expensive if you want to supplement Aminos. I don't know if I get enough of them in the 6 meals I eat and the 2 shakes per day. Is it worth the cost to take aminos?
Right now I am only taking Whey/Glutamine/Flax Oil/Multi-Vitamin. I want to know if the money for the above supplements are worth it.
There are some strong clinicals behind Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM, particularly Glucosamine. Typically it takes 4-6 weeks to see results. A good dosage is 1500mg/1200mg/250mg.
I have taken a combo of glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM, and it helped with joint pain. The only problem is that if you suffer from any chronic pain, like mild arthritis, you have to stay on it because you blood cells die off and regenerate so often and that can get costly.
Take a multi-vitaman, and scratch the zinc and niacin. You get plenty of amino acids in your diet. That is what protein is made of. I wouldn't bother with Cayenne. If you have digestion problems, there are products with digestive enzymes that might help. I don't think Garlic will help your cardiovascular health unless you have or are prone to heart problems.

Glucosamine/Chondroitin with MSM is so expensive...I have some back pains and knee pains now and then...they let me know when I've over done things. I just don't know if the cost/return on it is worth it. I'm going to be buying a years supply of all the stuff I take to just get it out of the way. I hate shopping so I am trying to put everything I want on a list and shop all at once.

I was thinking of using the garlic as a precautionary measure...is that a bad idea? or a waste? I guess if it ain't broken don't fix it....but then again I take saw palmetto and milk thistle to keep things working properly.....I was thinking of taking the supplements to avoid getting issues...is this crazy thinking?
