    Oxydrene

One of my soldiers was taking Oxydrene "for deep muscle oxygenation"

    Amount
    Per Serving % Daily
    Value*
    Active Ingredient: Crenulin-RCC
    A Proprietary Blend:
    Sedum Crenulata (root)
    Hippophae (fruit)
    Fructus Lychii Chinesis (fruit)

"All serious bbers use it". Those are quotes from the maufacturer of course. Anyone have any feedback? I understand the need to have O2 in the muscles, but "deep muscle oxygenation"?? Sounds a little hokey. Wouldn't simply working out increase the blood flow, hence O2 as well? Would appreciate any feedback?

I went through a bottle some time ago, and wasn't able to determine if there was any benefit. It seemed to help recovery, but it could have been the placebo effect. Not worth the money, IMO.

I have taken that stuff, and it is crap. I got a bottle of it for $25 from GNC once because it was about to go out of date, and the pharmaceutical box makes it look like its worth a shit but its not, especially if you pay full price.

Olympic athletes used it and a bunch of them won medals. Could it have been their talent? You just never know.
