i've used their whey for a while now, its really good stuff! i've also used their iso, glutamine, creatine and ala, you won't find much lower prices on them products in the UK, i strongly recommend you check it out as you will save a lot of £££'s on there - plus they are a part of reflex, so they can deffinatly be trusted

right now i'm taking the MET-Rx 'supreme whey', i think its exclusive to international countries (as the MET-Rx range in the states is totally different - i can only think they are trying to exploit gaps in the EU supplement markets as 5lbs tubs of whey are extremely rare over here!), it makes a real nice change, a little on thicker than the reflex whey but my oats mix in it real well (instead of all sitting at the bottom they actually sit in the whey) so my pre-workout shake it MUCH nicer!

next month i'm trying out ON 100% whey - www.discount-supplements.co.uk - 15lbs for only £72.99, that is an extremely good UK price!

even though I haven't tried the ON so I can't recommend it yet it has such a strong reputation, you can't go wrong with it!

so I'd recommend any of them for ya man, stay away from IDS and all the overpriced £40 for 2lbs rubbish!
