    cell tech?

Ive been using cell tech for the past year but after reading posts on here I figured out I really need something cheaper. I know it gets bashed on a lot on this site but for me it worked really well. So I was wondering what the closest thing to it would be or another brand that works as well for less.

Creatine monohydrate, or micronized... mixed with dextrose post workout. Hell, you could even throw in some R-ALA.

If you dont want to mix stuff, I recommend Swole V2

thanks, that swole looks like good stuff. Should I follow the recomended dosage? I do pretty intense cardio 3 days a week to stay in shape for football so would the 18 grams a day be too much?

no, never follow the reccomended dosage, even with hardcore narcotics. They are printed there only for entertainment purposes!

I was wondering with the kind of work outs I do if the recomended dosage would be too much. 18grams a day seems like a lot to me.

everyone is different, if you feel that is too much for you ease up the dosage a little, other the other hand if you got a buddy who is 300lbs and he wants to try some he might want to up the dose a bit

Here's a way to make it yourself much cheaper ( about 1/5 the cost).

I get the dextrose from www.betterhealthstore.com

It is in the Now Foods section of the website.
