    Appetite Suppressant

ecy has been working great as a diet aid for me. there is one problem: when it is around 9:00-12:00 pm i begin to get extremely hungry and often have trouble keeping my caloric deficit. since i live in a college dorm and do not have a car, i have limited access to healthy food. is there a decent appetite suppressant that will help my quell my late night hunger pangs w/o keeping me up all night?

Anorect in works fabulously for some, and not so much for others. Its cheap enough to give it a whirl, however.

Leptigen is a great appetite supressant, but not very cost effective if that is all you are looking for. Plain synephrine would be more cost effective as alphaf mentioned.

    Nothing like amphetamines.

You could start eating foods that are in the top of the satiety index.

No one said you had to smoke it.

The gum, the patch, or intranasally works just as well and without the health risks.

True, if you use it for the length of time that chronic smokers do. But here you're just using it for the duration of your cut... and even at that, only when youre feeling especially hungry.

Which Leptigen? Are there not three or more? Is the Basic one effective?
