Is Tamoxifen Citrate on the ban list?
I'm stocking up on the PH's, and I need to know if Tamoxifen Citrate will be available after the PH ban takes affect.

the ban is for PH/PS's and tamoxifen citrate is a nonsteroidal antiestrogen. It is not availabale over the counter so technically it's illegal to buy for human consumption, but I feed it to my rats...
