Best way to come off a M1T/4-AD?

What is the best way to come off M1T & 4-AD?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Run M1T for a month and after the month is up, stop taking both M1T and 4-AD and start PCT.

Ugh... if you don't know what PCT is, don't take M1T. Educate for awhile longer, try something lighter.

PCT is Post Cycle Therapy. It gets your sack going again, revives your liver, blood, vitals, etc... After M1T you'd want Nolva, maybe some Trib, ZMA, all depends on your dosage, if you're stacking it, but most importantly your own body's reaction.

My 300 posts are primarily in training and dieting. I am new supplements. I've learned quite a bit. I've read about using novla to help retart the bodies testosterone production but I've not heard it called PCT yet. Though I have seen PCT mentioned here, which is why I've asked. It's not like I'm taking M1T yet. I'm still in the learning mode.

As for reading, can you point me to some good sources for reading? Thanks!

I am still learning musclepump. Is Nolva a legal substance?

man run some searches, do some research, read everything

you should really know what a PCT is, the fact that you don't means you have done very little... in fact virtually NO research about pro hormones/roids

I only started learning about PHs two days ago. I'm still learning. That's why I'm asked my question. Once I get an answer, such as use 'item x', then I read up on it. Make no mistake, I'm not doing any PH or AAS now, but I would like to.
