    I tried it this last contest prep. I did like it. I've heard lots of good things about it.

    I thought it was more to keep new fat off, not for burning existing fat.

    I didn't test bodyfat this time. So I don't have that answer. But I did like it.

    i actually just started taking it week ago. can't say i've noticed much of a difference so far.

    no, it prevents you putting on fat rather than burning existing fat

    i've just finished a month on CLA post cutting, BF has gone up 2% (10 to 12) from my last week of cutting (which i put mainly down to water retention), and considering i'm eating a LOT right now (just above maintenance) and I was at 17% before my cut I seem to have stabilized around the 12% mark over the last 2-3 weeks, so yes I've managed to keep most of the fat off I'd like to think CLA did help a bit, but i'm also eating very clean and still doing CV
