If my memory serves me, it's referred to as a creatine multiplier. It uses your bodies natural creatine stores, as opposed to supplementing creatine. The reputable shop i go to, swears by it. No loading necessary, no sides, etc.

a web search for it returned nothing. i would venture a guess that its BS

the neutral flavor almost killed me . it didn't work for me but neither has any other creatine product for that matter
