    help me out here guys

Hey fellas, i've gone off to college and adopted a fairly different lifestyle and its starting to show. Some call it the freshman fifteen, ha!!! More like the freshman fifty. Anyways, i want to get back into lifting again. I'd like some input on if there is any supplement to burn this fat i've put on, plus increase mass. My goal is to get pretty ripped up for the summer. I've researched legal steroids and they don't sound good to me. And all the differernt kinds of creatine and protien are mind boggling, especially when one guys worships it and the other hates it. I'm a poor college kid so money is an issue. Any input would help me out a bunch. Thanks.

For the poor and goal-minded, there is but one supplement you need: Hard work.

Fix your diet, start working out and doing some cardio, and you're set. No protein, creatine, hormones needed.

    some solid advice

first you need to get your diet set. you can worry about supplements later. write down what your currently eating, wokout the amount of prot, carbs, fat and cals your gettin each day and work from ther. I recomment you take a trip to the diet&nutrition forum. good luck!
