Help on m1t
Ok , I read the post after receiving some replies. I understood most of it (since english isn't my first language).
Just so it might help you: I currently take whey protein (2 times a day) , 1 time after workout. I take some creatine (themolife CrE2 ). I eat 6-7 meals a day. Ive been doing this (except for the creatine) for about 3-4 months now. I don't keep track of how much protein I eat , but Im sure I eat more than enough for someone who wants to gain muscle mass.
Here is my question after reading the article.
I think the combination that would be best for me would be the:
1-test + 4-AD
I would do it for 4 weeks.
And after I would do (6-oxo)
After a 4 week cycle:
Week 1: 600 mg
Week 2: 300 mg
Week 3: 100 mg.
After Im done with the 6-oxo . Would my body be back to normal ? (In terms of side effects or testosterone etc.)
Are there any other products I should take , or this should do it ? Products that would reduce the side effects and/or help on my mass gain ?
Oh ya , would this work with m1t ? Or Im just better off with 1-test ?
Keep in mind , I want my body to feel the lowest side effects as possible with this , and I want to return to normal (testiculs , acne , etc) as fast as possible after the cycle is over.
If you're going on a stack like that, get Nolvadex for your PCT instead of 6-OXO. Also get some Milk Thistle for your liver. You can use M1T or 1-test; it would seem the general consensus is that M1T is a little harder on the body, but potentially more effective? I've only used M1T and so far I'm very pleased with it.
Everyone wants to get back to normal ASAP, but it all depends on onesself.
Let's all join together and SPEAK ENGLISH IN AMERICA.
If youve never run a PH you should stick to the 1-Test and try S1+ from www.bulknutrition.com . M1T is a pro-steroid, and much harder on you than 1-Test. You will definately see small temporary sides with M1T. If your going to run 1-Test, i suggest keeping some Nolva on hand incase you start to see gyno symptoms. To help with sides like lethargy and libido loss, 4-Derm is good for both, but to help you with mass gains make sure you keep your calorie intake up throughout the cycle and PCT.

This is from the PH/PS sticky. I suggest you read the whole thing. Its quite informative.
Gyno
Gynocomastia, or development of the breast tissue, is sometimes common among aromatizing (converting to estrogen) prohormones. The first symptoms are puffy and itchy or swollen nipples. If you start to notice this while on a cycle, you need to start taking Nolvadex or Tamoxifen immediately!Formasin/Aromazap/Formastat might work, but 6oxo is not going to help this in most cases, so Nolvadex should ALWAYS be on hand for this situation. It is highly available, not very expensive, and not illegal to posses, so there is no reason not to have it. Don’t wait and order some when you start to get the first signs of gyno, because Nolvadex needs to be taken as soon as symptoms of gyno appear. Start taking 40mg a day until the symptoms subside, and you may want to continue to take 10mg the rest of your cycle as precaution.
