If you had to choose only 3 Supplements...

    What would you take?

Please state the name, the amount you would take daily, time of day taken, etc....

I'm not really looking for natural supplements and their importance. Glutamine, creatine, vitamins, etc etc ?

    Thanks

    you got it, bud

I just take the cheapest, generic creatine i can find, Vitamin Shoppe creatine.
Although IM'er's have said some kind of creatine (forgot the name) is actually pretty good.
    IMO, creatine=creatine=creatine.

As far as multi's, i'd def suggest taking one. As a hs'er, i used to get sick ALL the time. Strep, flu etc. etc.
Then i started taking multi's religiously, and rarely get sick anymore.

More important than supps, diet or anything though is a heavy, consistent dose of the Iron diet

No worries there. I'm on here everyday now, and in the gym 4 to 5 times per week hitting it hard.

I've used creatine in the past, and while i *think* i felt some benefit...sometimes I felt it was sketchy, at best... I dunno!

    You do it pre-workout?

oh ya, sorry bout that, bro.

When starting, just load the creatine for the first week or so (i think it's like 5 teaspoons/day for 5 or 6 days).

After that, i put 1 teaspoon in my pwo shake and drink it immediately after my wo (best time for absorption).

    Hope this helps...
