    Is Creatine Ok For Me?

Hey everybody, I am 16 and I was wondering if taking creatine supplements would be ok for my body at this age. Thanks

    it could kill you
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

you really wont know until you'e tried it lots of ppl react differently to creatine. purchase a small amount first and see how you get on. i dnt know anyone thats had a bad reaction to creatine but i know a few ppl that have had no reaction to creatine. you should check family does not have a history of kidney problems first.

Why is he an ass? Maybe once your here for a long while, then you will get tired of all the creatine threads too

YO! DJ! Take it man, there are 0, yes thats a zero, studies to show that creatine is harmful. Go buy some monohydrate, and follow the recommended dosage.

So what your saying is that after I've been here for a while, I'll won't just decide to not answer a thread, I'll say rude and asinine things to people asking a polite question.

    Sounds peachy...

It causes malignant tumors in lab mice. And, if you don't do a creatine PCT, it could cause brain failure...

lol @ everyone else playin jokez on u...

but they are saying that because creatine is 100% SAFE, its kind of annoying when people ask about how safe creatine is when every bit of information tells you it is a safe product when used correctly

read up some more on creatine man, run a search in here for creatine and you'll find lots of good info.

monohydrate is the best shit to start with, load up 20g a day, then 10g maintenance

if your like me your first creatine cycle is awesome, so enjoy it!

    peace
