Ok , first off , which one should I take . I made this thread on which protein you recommended. Ive decided to try allthewhey.com.

But , there are a few products , so my question is , which one should I take ?

Whey Protein Conc./Isolate Blends ---> this looks pretty good , but which one in all of those would you recommend especially for those who recommended allthewhey in that other thread.

Oh ya , and last , but not least ... How much is the shipping in US$ to canada ? Give me a link or something if you dont know the exact price because I couldnt find it on the site.

I got the Whey Protein Concentrate/Isolate Blend. I think it was $50 shipping. There's a flat fee, the it goes up in increments by weight. It's structered in a way so that the more you order the more cost effective the shipping is. For 30 pounds I paid $200 including border fees + shipping + cost + conversion.

Shipping is on the site but it took me a while do find.

I have one question related to allthewhey. Has anyone used their micronized creatine monohydrate (creapure) and do you think its worth trying it?
I wanna buy the protein powder and creatine from one source but I'm not sure if their creatine is reputable compared to Optimum and Prolab.
