glutamine is glutamine, its all the same

its the same as asking which plain creatine monohydrate is the best or which caffeine pills, they are all gonna be pretty much identical (and give identical effects), unless its an extremely crap brand!

any half decent brand of glutamine will be fine!

    I get mine from vitamins.com

The glut may be "the same" but the company that makes it, and how digestable their pill/capsule/tablet is, is different.

I used Optimum's for a long time. It is good stuff and the best deal. I am using MetRx's Glutamine NOS right now. It has 10.3g of glutamine and 1.5g of arginine. It is good stuff and dissolves well. The Optimum doesn't dissolve well, but it doesn't make much of a difference unless you are taking it alone in water.

Just remember that L-glutamine must be taken on an empty stomach, but peptides can be used with shakes or whole foods.
