I know that its been banned in the UK, not sure about the US but I would have thought there is a pretty high chance of it getting banned over there as well

Are you talking about nolva? If so, you can't get it over the counter. It's a nonsteroidal anti-estrogen, but still illegal to purchase w/o a perscription, and thus not for human consumption.
